Confident:

– Get things done, confident is built on accomplishment.

– Monitor your progress.

– Do the right thing.

Prepared:

– Get all your survival equipment.

– Prepare your skills.

– Plan for your work projects.

We as educators need to realize that good teachers/educators don't give a good education to the kids. We all should be providing experiences that facilitate and motivate the kids to educate themselves through trial and error, success, and failure.

The tips for building up your confident is to keep speaking, keep trying, and keep active in your positive people.
